A brief personal history:
Born and raised in Casey Illinois, a small rural community in East Central Illinois. After graduating high school, I enlisted in the US Navy where I spent 10 years before returning to my hometown. I settled down with my wife, Terri, and together we raised our three children, Allison (23), TJ (22) and AJ (18). 

What lead you to your sport:
As a teen, I participated in high school football and track and was introduced to the weight room prior to my Freshman year. I have been hooked every since. 

Achievements in your sport:
* 3 Illinois State Titles
*15 National Titles
*7 World Titles

State, National and World records.
*ILLINOIS STATE RECORDS - 40
*NATIONAL RECORDS - 22 - in the following federations: WDFPF, 100% Raw, WUAP, USPA, UPA and APF. 
*WORLD RECORDS - 15 - in the following federations: RPS, WDFPF, WP, 100% Raw, ANPPC, and NGPF. 

Other accomplishments.
Member of Iron Warriors Bench Press Team from Powerhouse Gym, Louisville KY that won the 2018 World's Team Bench Press Championship in 100% Raw. 
Member of Iron Warriors Powerlifting Team from Powerhouse Gym, Louisville KY that won the 100% Raw American Challenge 2017 and 2018
